It all started in June 2019, in the city of Uberaba/MG, when the couple Viviane Abdalla and Rogério Tauaf decided to create cheese breads suitable for lovers of this delicacy, with versions: traditional, breaded with cheese and stuffed breaded.

The choice of ingredients and suppliers add up valuable points in favor of the flavor and credibility of the brand, with the ideal of producing legitimate Minas Gerais cheese bread.

The cheese used is artisanal half-cured cheese, from the Alto Paranaíba region. The cream cheese and cheddar are from Scala Laticínios, renowned throughout the country for years. The fresh guava is from Minaly Alimentos, manufacturer of Goiabada Mineirão. The hazelnut cream is from Harald, an established and delicious brand.

Another difference is that, unlike countless companies that use little cheese and supplement it with artificial flavors and flavorings, Master uses only cheese, which makes the products softer and with a milder taste of pure cheese.
