Do you know how Master Queijo was born? It all started in June 2019, in the city of Uberaba/MG, when the couple Viviane Abdalla and Rogério Tauaf decided to create cheese breads suitable for lovers of this delicacy, with versions: traditional, breaded and stuffed.


The choice of ingredients and suppliers adds valuable points in favor of the flavor and credibility of the brand, as the raw material is cheese from Serra da Canastra, a region recognized worldwide for the excellence of its products.


The cream cheese and cheddar are from Scala Laticínios, renowned throughout the country for years. And do you taste like fresh guava? It is from Minaly Alimentos, consolidated in the market especially by manufacturing Goiabada Mineirão. The hazelnut cream is from Harald, an established and delicious brand.


Another difference is that unlike countless companies, which use little cheese and complement the flavor with flavorings, Master uses 500g of cheese for each kilo of cassava starch, and in the breading it uses another 350g on the outside.
